What motivates you to come to work every day?

During my time in SAP CRM development team, I am always in high spirits every day because I know the features we have built are running on a huge number of servers belonging to our CRM customers.

In year 2013, my teams in SAP Labs China successfully released the feature to integrate Social Media into SAP CRM interaction center, and I am very proud to share more details about this feature in SAP community:

If you read the post, you can see our partners at that time were actively engaged in the discussion and eager to try this new function in their systems. All such positive feedback makes me realized that our hard work is really worth it.

While SAP software can help customer run their business better, I can help customers resolve problems and troubles when they are using SAP software with expertise I built in my daily work. Thanks to SAP, I can have precious opportunity to travel to some companies which are as great as SAP, listen to their pain-points and give suggestions. When I am back to SAP office for development, I begin to consider how to design our software to make our customers’ life easier. This positive iteration gives me endless passions for my daily work.
