用法：
1，啟動AndroidSDKManager，打開主界面。依次選擇『Tools』、『Options…』，彈出『AndroidSDKManager-Settings』窗體；
2。在『AndroidSDKManager-Settings』窗體中，在『HTTPProxyServer」和「HTTPProxyPort』輸入框內填入上面鏡像server地址和port，而且選中『Forcehttps://…sourcestobefetchedusinghttp://…』復選框。

設置完畢后單擊『Close』button關閉『AndroidSDKManager-Settings』窗體返回到主界面；
3，依次選擇『Packages』、『Reload』。
