第 38 卷 2010 年第 24 期 本欄目編輯 陸秋云通用 47 漸開線斜齒輪曲面精確建模及 MatLab 仿真 逄明華* 叢曉霞 河南科技學(xué)院機(jī)電學(xué)院 河南新鄉(xiāng) 453003 摘要:由于漸開線斜齒輪輪齒曲面復(fù)雜,很難直接創(chuàng)建精確模型,因此給出了漸開線斜齒輪 4 條齒廓曲線的參數(shù)方程及三維曲面的生成算法,通過該算法可以快速生成與坐標(biāo)成任意角度和參數(shù)的齒輪二維曲線及三維曲面。為了驗(yàn)證算法的正確性,用 MatLab 程序?qū)X輪模型進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,輸出任意參數(shù)、角度旋轉(zhuǎn)的二維及三維精確曲線曲面圖形,為齒輪三維參數(shù)化數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)、嚙合分析、接觸應(yīng)力分析、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)分析提供基礎(chǔ)理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:漸開線齒輪;精確建模;參數(shù)化;MatLab 中圖分類號(hào):TH132.41 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 論文編號(hào):1001-3954(2010)24-0047-05 Precise modeling and MatLab simulation of curved surfaces of involute helical gears PANG Minghua CONG Xiaoxia School of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Henan Institute of Science & Technology, Xinxiang 453003, Henan, China Abstract:It is hard to directly create precise model of tooth surface of the involute helical gear due to its com-plicated curved surface. In the paper, the algorithm of generating the parametric equations of four lines of tooth profile curved line and 3D curved surface of involute helical gear, thus 2D and 3D curved surface with any angle and parameter could be rapidly generated by using the algorithm. To verify the correctness of the algo-rithm, MatLab program was used to simulate the gear model, then precise 2D and 3D curved surfaces with any parameter and angle output. The study offers basic theoretical references for 3D parameterized digital design, mesh analysis, contact stress analysis, dynamic and kinematic analysis of the gear.
