在MyAppointment的Fiori application里，點擊Account field的F4 help，邏輯是把后臺所有的(如果有指定top參數(shù)，就返回top參數(shù)指定個數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù))account都返回給ui：

如果期望僅僅返回只屬于logon user的account集合，可以添加line 1798的代碼：( isMyAccount )
