When you install/upgrade some software in your machine and try to access QC, you may end up seeing this message:

“CAPICOM:DLL is not properly installed or registered.


Please install CAPICOM.DLL and restart your browser.”


Steps to Over come this:

Click to the Start?--> Run and write below command and click OK

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\capicom.dll
Now launch the browser and acess QC. You should be able to access it properly now.

有時候會出現(xiàn)執(zhí)行?"Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\capicom.dll"時，系統(tǒng)提示找到不相關(guān)的文件，這時你需要在網(wǎng)絡(luò)或其他地方找一個capicom.dll的文件，將其放在C:\Windows\System32\目錄下。然后再執(zhí)行上面的命令即可。
