本文中的綠洲平臺指的是WBC560多業務無線控制器中的本地綠洲。
1.1.1? 軟件升級方式簡介
AC支持通過命令行進行軟件升級和通過Web頁面進行軟件升級，命令行升級方式只能通過以太網口telnet到AC進行升級，無法通過HDM進行升級。
升級方式
說明
·需要重啟AC來實現AC軟件的升級
·使用該方式升級AC軟件時會導致當前業務中斷
在升級AC啟動文件前，請完成如下準備工作：
·配置AC與文件服務器路由可達。
·開啟文件服務器的TFTP/FTP Server功能。
·通過配置終端登錄到AC的命令行配置界面中。
·將AC的升級啟動文件拷貝到文件服務器上，并正確設置TFTP/FTP Server的訪問路徑。
升級AC的啟動文件后，需要重新啟動AC，在重啟過程完成前，AC的各項業務功能將不可用。

1.保存當前配置并查看存儲介質剩余空間
(1)在任意視圖下，執行save命令保存AC當前配置信息。
(2)在用戶視圖下，執行dir命令查看AC當前的文件系統，確認啟動文件及配置文件名，以及存儲介質的剩余空間，保證存儲介質有足夠空間放入新的啟動文件。
用戶可以將AC做為客戶端，通過TFTP或FTP協議，將升級軟件包下載到設備的存儲介質上。
·使用TFTP協議
在用戶視圖下，執行tftp get命令將升級軟件包wbc560_ac.ipe下載到設備的硬盤中。

(1)在用戶視圖下，執行boot-loader命令設置AC下次啟動使用的啟動文件為wbc560_ac.ipe，并指定啟動文件類型為main。

1.1.4? 通過BootWare菜單升級啟動文件
·在軟件升級時，配置文件將自動清空，請備份當前版本對應的配置文件，等系統升級后根據備份文件重新進行配置。
·由于WBC560沒有實體Console口，因此需要通過HDM登錄到“H3C WBC系統監控平臺”，選擇“AC console”，通過虛擬Console來進行Bootware升級。
·在BootWare中通過設備以太網接口升級啟動文件時，只能使用GE1/0/1接口(1000 Base-T以太網接口1/HDM共享網絡接口)升級。
1. 備份當前配置文件
(1)將AC上當前運行的配置保存至設備存儲介質。

網關IP地址。當與服務器不在同一網段時需要配置網關地址。

FTP用戶名，傳輸協議為TFTP時，無此選項
FTP User Password
FTP用戶密碼，傳輸協議為TFTP時，無此選項

1. Web網管使用限制
·建議使用以下瀏覽器訪問Web：Internet Explorer 10及以上版本、Firefox 30.0.0.5269及以上版本、Chrome 35.0.1916.114及以上版本、Safari 5.1及以上版本。
·使用的瀏覽器必須要設置能接受第一方Cookie(即來自站點的Cookie)，并啟用活動腳本(或JavaScript)，才能正常訪問Web。以上功能在不同瀏覽器中的名稱及設置方法可能不同，請以實際情況為準。
·使用Internet Explorer瀏覽器時，還必須啟用以下兩個功能，才能正常訪問Web：對標記為可安全執行腳本的ActiveX控件執行腳本、運行ActiveX控件和插件。
·更改設備的軟件版本后，建議在登錄Web頁面之前先清除瀏覽器的緩存，以便正確地顯示Web頁面。
2. 升級前的準備
在升級AC啟動文件前，請完成如下準備工作：
·配置AC與客戶端路由可達。
·將AC的升級啟動文件拷貝到客戶端上。

3. 升級操作步驟
(1)將管理員客戶端的IP地址設置為192.168.0.0/24網段中的一個地址(192.168.0.100除外)，例如192.168.0.1，如

(2)在客戶端上啟動瀏覽器，在地址欄中輸入AC的IP地址后回車，即可進入AC的Web登錄頁面。首次登錄時請輸入缺省用戶名和密碼均為admin(進入管理界面后可更改此密碼)，然后單擊按鈕即可登錄，如
(3)單擊頁面底部的按鈕，進入“系統”菜單頁面，然后單擊頁面左側導航欄的“文件管理”，進入“文件管理”頁面，可以查看存儲介質的剩余空間，保證存儲介質有足夠空間放入新的啟動文件。
(4)升級之前建議備份一下配置文件，在“系統”菜單頁面，單擊頁面左側導航欄的“管理”，進入“配置文件”頁面，點擊“導出當前配置”，如

(6)重啟設備之后，在“管理”欄目的“關于”頁面中，查看升級系統軟件之后的“版本信息”，確定系統軟件是否升級成功。
·綠洲平臺微服務升級只能通過HDM共享網絡接口(第一個以太網接口)登錄H3C WBC系統監控平臺進行操作，無法通過HDM專用網絡接口進行升級。
·通過HDM共享網絡接口登錄H3C WBC系統監控平臺的頁面顯示與HDM專用網絡接口登錄不同，從HDM共享網絡接口登錄后，AC Console部分變成AC web，即只能進入AC的Web頁面，無法通過虛擬Console口進入AC的命令行頁面，同時多了微服務升級頁面。
(1)在瀏覽器地址欄輸入http://192.168.0.101:9998，登錄H3C WBC系統監控平臺，其中192.168.0.101為HDM共享網絡接口的IP地址，這里采用缺省地址。

(4)單擊“上傳文件”，然后單擊按鈕選擇版本文件或直接將版本文件拖拽到頁面中，然后單擊按鈕。

Update軟件包主要作為WBC560設備的系統升級包，為了確保設備可以正常使用最新功能，建議及時升級Update軟件包。
在升級Update軟件包前，請完成如下準備工作：
·配置設備與文件服務器路由可達。
·通過配置終端登錄到設備的命令行配置界面中。
·將Update軟件包拷貝到文件服務器上。
·文件服務器上已安裝好WinScp軟件。
1.3.3? 升級操作步驟
1. 上傳Update軟件包到設備
(1)打開WinSCP軟件，配置連接到設備的基本參數，點擊按鈕。
?Host name：設備地址(缺省為192.168.0.101)
?User name：root
?Password：admin@h3c.Default.0506

(2)在軟件的路徑選擇框中選擇“packages”，進入設備的/opt/h3c/packages路徑，將本地Update軟件包通過拖拽的方式上傳到設備。

2. 安裝Update軟件包
(1)通過配置終端登錄到設備的命令行配置界面中。
?設備地址：192.168.0.101(同步驟1中的Host name)

(2)創建一個新目錄并進入，通過tar xvzf xxx(xxx為上傳到設備的Update軟件包名稱)命令將Update軟件包加壓到該目錄下。

(3)執行sh wbc_update.sh或sh wbc_update.sh –f完成update軟件包的升級(以sh wbc_update.sh為例)。
?sh wbc_update.sh命令：設備會進行新舊組件版本號對比，對于版本相差較大的組件，設備會先卸載舊版本組件，然后重新安裝新版本的組件；對于版本相差不大的組件，設備會進行舊版本組件的更新升級；對于無版本差異的組件，設備不進行升級處理，此過程用時和版本差異有關，請以實際用時為準。
?sh wbc_update.sh –f命令：設備不進行新舊組件版本號的對比，直接將所有舊版本組件卸載，然后重新安裝新版本的組件，此過程大約需要25分鐘。
