摘要不對中故障是旋轉機械最常見的故障之一,在過去20年中,國內外許多學者和工程師們對它的機理、振動特征及診斷方法進行了廣泛的研究,然而,傳統的不對中故障振動特征過于籠統,對實踐排除不對中故障指導意義不太精確的弊端。本課題將針對角度不對中的故障做進一步更加詳細的振動特征分析。在不同角度偏移的角度不對中下,研究速度和負載力等因素對振幅的影響。本課題主要研究對象是柔性轉子角度不對中,利用旋轉機械振動及故障模擬實驗平臺,采集轉子振動信號,再通過Matlab軟件分析軸向、徑向和水平方向上的振動波形圖與頻譜圖的特征,最終根據分析結果確定轉子不對中故障的振動特征。
關鍵詞:角度不對中;Matlab;振動特征;頻譜圖 AbstractThe problem of misalignment is one of the most common failures of rotating machinery. In last 20 years, many scholars and engineers both here and abroad have carried out extensive research on the mechanism, vibration characteristics and diagnostic method of faults. However, the traditional fault vibration characteristics of the fault are too general, the fault guidance is not too clear in the practical rule. This paper will make further efforts to analyze the vibration feature of the angle misalignment. Under different angles of offset, the influence of the speed and the load is studied. The main research object of this paper is rotor angle misalignment experiment. The experimental data of the rotor misalignment is acquired by using the rotating machinery vibration and fault simulation experiment platform. Then through the Matlab software, the vibration waveforms and spectrum of the axial, radial and horizontal directions are analyzed, and the vibration characteristics of the faults are determined according to the results of the analysis.
