oracle column (field) size NVARCHAR2 大小限制
當 NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET 為 AL16UTF16 的時候，最大能設置為2000
當 NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET 為utf8 的時候，最大能設置為4000
這是因為NVARCHAR2數據類型，最大只能存儲4000個字節。
