一個(gè)SOE 需要register，但是報(bào)錯(cuò)

可能的原因是 不要輕易改變ArcGIS的安裝路徑，也不簡(jiǎn)單的是默認(rèn)的，而是要統(tǒng)一安裝路徑，這臺(tái)服務(wù)器 錯(cuò)誤的吧系統(tǒng)安裝到了D盤，哎喲~難道又要重裝系統(tǒng)了么？
