讀取propertity 文件其實很簡單，就是每次容易搞錯文件路徑，今天剛好項目又用到了，順便記下來，以便以后參考：

資源文件：

1 1=2016 2 2=2017

通過這種方法，只需要傳入文件名即可，不需要再考慮路徑

資源文件如果放在resouce 下面的包里，只需要在文件名前加 “/包名” ?即可
