Ordering a delivery is simple! All you need to do is follow these 5-steps:

Log into your LOVESPACE account
In the drop-down menu, found in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click “MY STUFF”
Then, click “WITH LOVESPACE”. You’ll see all your boxes currently in storage on this page
Choose the boxes you’d like to be delivered back to you and click “RETURN”
Select the address you’d like your boxes delivered back to and choose your delivery option. Be sure to select a date when you, or someone you trust like a receptionist, will be available throughout the full timeslot to sign for your delivery

Remember you don’t need to take all your boxes back at once. Take what you need, and we’ll continue storing the rest. Lots of customers use us as an extension of their wardrobe and keep their bulky or seasonal stuff like Christmas decorations with us all year round.
