我們周末隊(duì)員事情比較多，又因?yàn)槲覀兪请p休日， 所以就沒(méi)有讓大家進(jìn)行daily scrum和提交代碼，因此這兩天的burn down圖是平的,但有些隊(duì)員還是努力的在周末加班加點(diǎn)，很是感動(dòng)。
今天我們完成的速度是驚人的，框架搞定了不少。很是歡喜，明天估計(jì)就能把整體的框架搭好，呵呵，期待著。 早上的時(shí)候Ning同學(xué)由于UI設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題，產(chǎn)生點(diǎn)小分歧，在我們的協(xié)商之下，順利結(jié)果，有問(wèn)題不可怕，就怕問(wèn)題不說(shuō)。PM不能做assumption問(wèn)題是正常的。
應(yīng)該各處想問(wèn)題的好打算，壞打算，以及如何處理。加油OMG
