UVA_10594
??? 這個題目沒看懂什么意思,但看樣例覺得應該是把邊的容量都設成K,把費用設成時間,然后求個從1到N的最小費用流。為了限制流量,我們可以連一條容量為D、費用為0的0->1這樣的有向邊,然后求圖的最小費用最大流即可。
