馬云等高管被約談后，上交所于11月3日晚發(fā)布公告，，隨后螞蟻集團(tuán)在港交所公告

螞蟻集團(tuán)發(fā)布題為“致投資者”的公告，以中英雙文的方式回應(yīng)暫緩上市事件。

螞蟻集團(tuán)表示，對(duì)于暫停上市給投資者帶來(lái)的麻煩，深表歉意，將按照兩地交易所的相關(guān)規(guī)則，妥善處理好后續(xù)工作。

有關(guān)發(fā)行上市的下一步進(jìn)展，螞蟻集團(tuán)將與上海證券交易所及監(jiān)管部門(mén)保持密切溝通，并及時(shí)披露相關(guān)情況。

同時(shí)，阿里巴巴集團(tuán)方面表示︰“我們會(huì)和螞蟻集團(tuán)一起，積極地配合和擁抱監(jiān)管，我們相信螞蟻的同學(xué)，有這個(gè)信心，也有這個(gè)能力把工作落實(shí)好。社會(huì)希望我們更好，我們也必須用一如既往的努力實(shí)現(xiàn)和超越社會(huì)的期望，這是我們這群人的責(zé)任。”

螞蟻集團(tuán)于今日接到上海證券交易所通知，暫緩在上海證券交易所A股上市計(jì)劃。受此影響，螞蟻決定于香港聯(lián)交所H股同步上市的計(jì)劃也將暫緩。

Dear investors,

Ant Group was notified by the Shanghai Stock Exchange today that our A share listing plan on the Shanghai Stock Exchange would be suspended. Consequently, Ant has decided that the concurrent H share listing plan on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shall also be suspended.

Ant Group sincerely apologizes to you for any inconvenience caused by this development. We will properly handle the follow-up matters in accordance with applicable regulations of the two stock exchanges.
