Azure 国际版与中国版服务列表对（2020年6月版）

對于選擇Azure平臺的用戶來說，會面臨選擇國內還是國際版的問題。由于一些原因，由世紀互聯運營的中國大陸版Azure無法落地所有的國際版服務。相比幾年前，情況已經有了一定的改善。本文列出了國際版和國內版Azure可用服務的對比列表，幫助各位選擇。
為了免去不必要的麻煩，本人在此聲明：本文的目的不是為了鄙視國內Azure或世紀互聯。所有數據都是客觀事實，不吹不黑。各位選擇云平臺的時候，請依據自身業務以及當地的法律法規。雙方服務均各有優勢，不能只看數量。
我分別從國內/國際版Azure的后臺管理 > 所有服務列表里復制整理出來以下數據，以便直觀對比。為了保證公平，雙方數據均以采用同樣標準做去重、去錯處理。

細心的讀者會發現 300 - 178 = 122，差了一個哪去了？其實差的是Azure中國版的 “MySQL Database on Azure”，這項在國際版上已重新歸并到其他服務，并不是國際版缺這項功能。同樣道理，雖然數量差距總體反應了Azure中國版服務落地慢，但由于有些服務會重新合并、拆分，因此不能單純從數量上下定論國內版一定缺了什么服務，本文的數據僅供參考，請根據自己的需求查找資料或聯系客服詳細了解。
國內已有服務和國際版的區別
列表內已經在國內落地的服務，和國際版上也是有差別的。為了避免不必要的麻煩，只舉一例，中國版和國際版 Azure 都有 Web App，界面雖然長得一樣，但中國版點不了 Linux 及 Docker Container：

所以不能只看剛才列表里列出的服務，就算已經落地了，功能上也是有區別的。
技術以外的區別
國內使用Azure服務必須遵守中國相關法律法規。比如開網站需要備案，一旦有法律問題就會被關停訂閱，甚至發生一些法律后果。特別是有些不可描述的事情國際版經常做的，中國版最好別去嘗試。程序員千萬要注意遵紀守法，不要以為 GitHub 上某些東西所謂防識別的就真的不能識別了，時刻記住，國內版的服務不是微軟運維的，法律法規不一樣，別Azure從入門到入獄。

另外，由于分開運營，中國版和國際版的客服也是不同團隊負責的。由于個人運氣和感受不能作為充分論據，因此我不便于聊客服的具體優劣情況。
選擇中國版可能的理由
訪問速度明顯快于國際版。
價格上比國際版便宜。
