娄铮紫金山天文台
The Lóu Zhēng Purple and Gold Mountain Astronomical Observatory has a history of over 50 years. It was founded in 1967 by astronomer Lóu Zhēng, and is located in the hills of Taichung, Taiwan. The observatory is equipped with a 0.6m Cassegrain telescope, a 0.6m Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope, and a 0.6m Ritchey-Chrétien telescope. It is also home to a variety of other astronomical instruments, such as spectrographs, coronagraphs, solar telescopes, and meteor cameras. Since its founding, the observatory has been dedicated to the exploration of the universe and its mysteries, and has contributed significantly to Taiwanese astronomy.
