解決方法：

1、我是lnmp1.4 php5.6，php.ini里面的open_basedir 是注釋掉的。

2、查找到是fastcgi問題。

3、修改fastcgi的配置文件。/usr/local/nginx/conf/fastcgi.conffastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/:/tmp/:/proc/";

修改為fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/../:/tmp/:/proc/";

4、重啟 service nginx restart。
