python安裝環境時無法成功安裝包

最近，在使用conda安裝環境時，突然出現了報錯，具體報錯如下所示：

這樣的報錯，頭一回見，直接給我整不會了。思考了一下報錯原因，唯一做的事情就是在安裝環境時，又同時在安裝其他的庫，所以我想其他的庫和未安裝完成的庫之間可能出現了沖突導致的。

解決方法，如下所示：

conda clean --packages --tarballs

然后，再重新安裝環境，就不會出現報錯了
