base_utils

A collection of modules which only depend on the Python Standard Library (PSL)

plot_utils

A collection of modules for plotting and data visualization which depends on common plotting and scientific packages such as matplotlib and scikit-learn

Scripts

index_files

Renames files in a directory such that the filenames are numerically indexed Arguments: - -d, directory in which to index files - -n, number of leading zeros for target filenames - -e, only process files with this extension
